I've bought courses from Udemy before and they just waffle on, the TEA courses are short, sharp and succinct. The unlimited strategy calls with Simon are absolute gold – he gives super personalised advice on everything, and the other subject matter experts in the accelerator are amazing too. You learn so much, from front-end offers and Meta and Google ads all the way to operations, finance, and even AI stuff. Being a small business owner it can be quite daunting to trust someone in an area that often seems a bit of a black art - but the program was great as it well structured and comprehensive with lots of support material. We changed most of our marketing style and how we use Google Ads/Meta Ads which have shown results.The support that Simon and his team provided was fantastic - always available and able to answer what must seem like dumb questions at times. He was able to give us the push to try new things and always willing to listen and very focused on getting us results.Thoroughly recommend.

Through community, zoom gyms with coaches and community, and easy to navigate classrooms on the Skool.com platform - these guys have been hugely instrumental in our growth - pretty much doubling our sales from NZD$1m to 2m in around a year. (We’re Fresh Chef Frozen Meals).They have an insanely good structure that are are obsessed with constantly innovating their knowledge base.The thing that sets them apart from other accelerators (I’m not usually a fan of them really) is that from the Owner to the coaches to some of the community.. have the heart of teachers… rather than “coaches” (a word which has sadly been bastardised) or sales people….And a big community of positive like minded entrepreneurs like me and everyone learns off each other. (Or you can just hide in the background and absorb the vibe and knowledge). It’s super flexible.Insanely valuable and priceless if you want to grow any online business.

We were the biggest sceptic of The Ecommerce Accelerator after having bad experiences with outside marketing support (agencies..) but Simon & his competent team have been a game changer for us.Initially we joined for a 1 month trial then due to our own cashflow issues we paused the program but it left us thinking.... what if we kept developing ourselves in this community?A few months went by and Simon supported us to get back into the program just in time for our Christmas seasons (we are heavily an Xmas product)... well, it was huge, with Simon, Tyler, and others beside us, our Q4 was 118% up on last year all during a RECESSION.Now, starting 2025, the economic climate is still tough but we have signed up for a full year on scale 2 as we believe our core competency of production & product development is best leveraged by their core competencies of marketing & digital business. I've been with TEA for about 2 years now and it's completely transformed my business. We've increased turnover significantly (now comfortably into 7-figures) AND done it profitably.What makes this different from other programs is that Simon and the team are 100% committed to the success of my brand. It's not transactional for them, they genuinely care. The advice they give is customised to my situation and practical (not high level jargon you need to decipher first). They dive into my Meta/Klaviyo/Shopify accounts and give one-on-one advice in the gyms.
