Do I have to complete Scale I to do Scale II?
Yes. Scale I sets you up with the systems and team to make the most of the Scale II programme. There was a time in our business when we allowed brands to progress straight into Scale II, but without the extensive done-for-you technical implementation and 1:1 strategy/consulting, we weren’t able to reliably  achieve the rapid transformational outcome we aim for.
What is Scale II?
Scale II is a lower-cost programme that allows us to work with select brands longer term that have implemented the critical growth systems. Scale II is limited to 40% of Scale I participants meaning in 2025 we will have space for 12 new brands. Generally, in Scale I, we focus on the growth systems and generating new revenue at high ROI to create net new cash flow. Then, as we have more time and space in Scale II we start to build a scalable back-end, which will ultimately become the backbone of a long-term, sustainable 500k+/month brand.
What is the difference between Scale I & Scale II?
Scale I includes a significant amount of done-for-you elements and intensive/unlimited 1:1 consulting+coaching+mentoring, which allows us to rapidly achieve best practices despite any constraints around time or experience within the internal team. Scale II is a lower-cost programme that allows us to work with brands over the long-term to solidify their long-term sustainability. We typically (but not always) do a lot more back-end work around supply chain, finance, structure etc in Scale II.
What's the difference between Fractional Staffing & hiring an Agency?
With an agency, you plug into their system, which is optimised for them and often comes with misaligned profit motives. They’ll tell you it’s transparent, but it never is.

With fractional staffing, we plug into your internal team and together we build your system, on your terms, for your business. You’ll have access to every meeting, deliverable, conversation, template, and task, just like you would with an internal team member. We track every minute, and if you don’t need the time, we won’t use it.

There are no strategy decks, fluffy chats, or nonsense – just directed, applied management of the accounts. Where someone in your team can deliver a required action at a lower cost, we’ll use them instead.

We believe the fractional staffing model will overtake the agency model for small- to medium-sized businesses, and we’re leading the charge. Why rent a system from an agency and then, when you leave, be left with nothing?

Instead, you can build a system internally with experienced staff running it for you (like an agency would) and then work with them openly to recruit professional staff when the engagement is finished.

In one scenario, you’re constantly renting and wondering if it really is as transparent as they say it is. In the other scenario, you’re renting to own, with unavoidable transparency as every piece of communication, data, and work is delivered right within your internal structure. You’ll have the same visibility as if we we were internal team members.
What are your services priced at?
We’re a fraction of the price of top agencies, about on-par with affordable agencies but more expensive than most group coaching/mentoring/mastermind programmes.

We don’t list our prices publically as they are constantly increasing with demand. We don’t intend to build a large business – only the best business.

We will share our prices with you after the on / after the discovery call so you know where you stand.

This means that as we grow, our results will continue to speak for themselves. We’ll innovate with an offer that stays ahead of the market, growing our profit by raising prices rather than onboarding more than five brands per month.

We have a “never leave a man behind” attitude, which means that if someone comes into our business and things don’t go as intended, we will continuously over-invest until we achieve the desired outcome. This requires margin in the system.

Why should I trust you guys?
You shouldn’t. I wouldn’t expect you to. The digital marketing industry is rife with grifters and nonsense. Personally, I don’t trust anything I read on a website.

But who I think you could trust is our customers. We don’t operate like most brands – we don’t cherry-pick testimonials or limit reference checks to our best customers.

We offer you the opportunity to speak to anyone we’ve ever worked with. Even the brands where we haven’t achieved everything we’d hoped for due to extenuating circumstances will speak to our obsessively hands-on approach to achieving results for our customers, no matter the personal cost in cash or time to our business.

So, quite frankly, I wouldn’t trust us right now if I were you. But it’s worth considering whether everything you’ve read so far is true. I would book a discovery call, see if the energy matches, and then conduct random reference checks to ensure we are who we say we are.
